The hosts we're amazing, very welcoming, the room was large and very clean. The en suite was spotless, excellent shower. Superb breakfast, good quality produce. Our dog was made welcome. Off road parking, fair price, would highly recommend.
Definitely recommend! I can’t fault this little b&b/hotel at all! The guy who runs it is very friendly and will help you with any queries you have. The room we had was really nice , very comfy bed slept like a baby. Really good value for money with full English breakfast included and continental options available too and homemade jams which were yummy!
Room a little small and difficult to get round base of bed
Clean, cosy and very welcoming. We were greeted by the owner who said hello to our dog first. Once directed to our room, we found it's well presented, clean and tidy. Most importantly, we didn't hear any movement from the hallway or other rooms which was great for our dog who can be quite reactive to noise. Great location, comfy bed.. Overall a big win for us

A fabulous, family run hotel....nice and small, and on a very quiet road set one back from the beach. The owner's attention to detail is everywhere, from reserving your space in the carpark and a lovely personal welcome, to the spotlessly clean rooms..... everything is as it should be for a wonderful stay.....and they LOVE dogs too!! We all had a lovely night's sleep on a comfortable bed, with fully functioning shower/heating/TV/tea/coffee facilities in the room.... everything was great!! Come morning, it was time for breakfast.....yet again, absolutely everyone was catered for with attention to detail and minimal fuss......prunes, fruit, grapefruit, yoghurt, jam, marmalade, grains, cereals, croissants, toast, a full English breakfast, and smoked kippers (very tempting, so maybe next time)!! We went for the full English this time, and it was absolutely glorious with the fried bread option!! I say 'this time', as we'll no doubt stay here again.
The hotel was lovely. We received a warm, friendly welcome on arrival and had a quick and easy check in. The room itself was perfect. We stayed in room 1. It was very clean with a modern bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge with fresh milk rather than the little plastic cartons. The bed was extremely comfortable also. Outside of our room was a cupboard with a selection of different friut teas you could help yourself to. This also housed the irons and ironing boards that could be borrowed. The location was great being only a 5 minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the city centre. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order with also cereals, juice, croissants and jams etc that you could help yourself to. The hotel seemed very family friendly. We noticed some games in the lounge room and shelves of both adult and children's books that could be borrowed. The hotel had free on-site parking for 5/6 cars. Even though our stay was a short one, we would definitely be looking to stay here again on any return trips to Bournemouth.
